  1. at what point is Lin singing? is it all the English words, as the original song in the sound track is part English and part in Polynesian (not sure which part)

  2. WHO SINGS THIS!!!???πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„IT SOUNDS AWESOME πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

  3. i get goosebumps everytime i hear this song, and somehow i feel the pride of these islanders who know who and what they are and take pride in it. Was a bit disappointed when they started singing in english, though i have no idea the language spoken. as an african, i understand words holding far more deeper meaning when spoken in a native tongue. love, love, love this cartoon!

  4. This is what Pocahontas should have been: Giving us beautiful insight into the culture, showing us the beliefs and customs of these people.

  5. I absolutely love this. The first time I saw Moana and this song in particular, I cried. The voices, the lyrics, the animation, brought memories of the islands. Something that I only held in my memories, home… beautiful Spot on depiction, thankyou disney. πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ’―πŸŽ‰πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

  7. Let's make a thread!

How does a bastard, orphan, son of a whore and a scotsman dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot in the Caribbean, impoverished by providence and squalor, grow up to be a hero and a scholar?

  8. Moana after goes to her dad because he knows how to sail because he was sailing in the song. But earlier her dad shows her the stones that all the Chiefs put on their. How could he be the one sailing to the island in the first place if their were more Chiefs there before??? Moana EXPOSED!!!
