CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8 – Working with curves

Working with Curves CorelDRAW lets you copy and cut curve
segments, and then paste them as objects, making it easy to extract subpaths or create
adjacent shapes with similar contours. Use the feature to reuse pieces of curves to
create graphics with a similar flow. Copy/paste or duplicate specified pieces of
existing curves. In addition, CorelDRAW offers enhanced node
selection. For complex shapes, selecting many adjacent
nodes can be very time consuming. But now you can simply select adjacent nodes
on curves by using the Shape tool while holding down the
Shift key. This selects the shortest distance between the
two nodes on the first click. Click a second time to select the longest
distance between the two nodes on a closed
path. To select indidvidual nodes within an object,
hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the
nodes.
